Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Zerafort, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Use of the service
You may use our APIs and platform in accordance with your plan and applicable law. You are responsible for the content of your prompts and for any applications you build on the platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Zerafort to generate unlawful content, infringe others' rights, attempt to reverse engineer our hardware or software, or exceed rate limits through abusive automation.
Billing and plans
Paid plans are billed based on usage and your selected tier. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing with advance notice.
Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
